Sufganiyot aka Jelly Doughnuts
PrintSOOF-GAHN-I-YOAT. Emphasis on the GAHN. A complicated name for such a simple, easy, yummy dessert. Ours had strawberry or apricot preserves inside. I didn't keep them separate so it was a surprise when you took a bite!
I'm making more latkes tonight for dinner. With roasted chicken and sweet peas. Yumm!
