Mahalo = Thanks
Last Tuesday night, I attended an appreciation banquet for Girl Scout leaders and volunteers. My leadership involvement for our geographical area has diminished as I focus on my own individual troop and the rest of life has gone nutty, but I still enjoy getting together with the wonderful ladies who keep everything running as smoothly as can possibly be done in a huge, bureacratic, non-profit, volunteer-led organization. So when banquet time came around, I volunteered to make some party favors for the attendees. When I found out the theme was a luau, I laughed out loud because that was just serendipitous! Thanks to Scrap N'Art, I had JUST received stamps from Bombshell Stamps, and my stamps were Hawaiian-themed. Too weird. So I made these tags with little bags of M&M's attached to the back. I think everyone liked them. Or atleast I know they liked the M&M's!

Hi Carol! Thanks for dropping by my blog! And thanks for the tip about the Rhinoceros beetle – No I didn’t know they are the strongest on the planet! Gotta go tell my kids! Cool!
