Freebie Bookmark and Other Info
Do you like to read? I seriously love to read, and so does my daughter. My hubby, not so much. But Isabella and I can sit for hours and read. I love to read before turning off the lights at night, I love to read at the beach, at my mom’s backyard pool, and while camping. And as much as I think a Kindle would be cool, I do like turning pages. And I adore bookmarks. So I made this bookmark for my daughter, hers has writing on it and her name, and I’m mailing to camp tomorrow with a couple of books, but I saved the blank one for you.
Its a JPG file so anyone should be able to download it and you can even open it in Word if you don’t have a graphics program. Email me if you want a quick tutorial on how to do that. So here are your instructions:
1. Click on the bookmark to save the file.
2. Open it in your program of choice.
3. Add some words of your own.
4. Print it out on plain white cardstock.
5. Cut it out and there you go!
And its made from an upcoming kit, so if you like these bright colors, be watching.
Speaking of info about new stuff, I’ve gotten behind on my newsletters. I’m sorry about that. I am working on organizing the whole “business” side of this scrapbooking stuff and getting on a schedule for the newsletter is one of the pieces of the big giant puzzle. I will get there, don’t give up on me yet!
Today is day 3 of Isabella being at camp. We’ve seen photos and she’s having fun so I’m good too. I hate blurred out faces in photos, but I don’t know who this other sweet girl is, so I’m not going to show her face on the internet. The point of the photo, though, is that Iabella looks so happy (and so did the other girl before I blurred out her adorable smile) and I love that. Yay for camp!

We’re going to see a movie tomorrow night. It won’t be rated PG and it will not be animated. And we won’t have a nine yr old talking through the whole thing! Such luxuries might just drive me over the edge!
